Dartington, UK. 6-hour performance in two parts.

This first Promenade performance established both the title and the basic characteristics of the whole series that followed. The physical elements of the piece were drawn from the local seaside environment of Torbay, with its beaches, donkey rides, ice cream kiosks, piers and actual promenades.  Projected imagery used in the piece reflected all these classic ingredients of a traditional British seaside town.
